Pre Draft Combine Alumni Corbin Kaczperski Makes NAHL All Rookie Team

The 2014 Pre Draft Combine featured many future NCAA players.  Some have moved on to the USHL, NAHL and several other Junior A or Tier II leagues in Canada.  One standout player was Corbin Kaczperski.

Coming into the Combine, Kaczperski was facing an average of 41 shots per night with his Midget AAA team, while still maintaining a save percentage above .900 while in the NAPHL.

The young goaltender brought a 32 ACT score along with him, and the scouts took notice right away that this young man was an elite NCAA prospect athletically and academically.

The 6’1″ goaltender faced a overwhelming amount of shots while at the Combine from other future NCAA players and continued to impress.

After two stints with the NTDP, Kaczperski would move on to settle in with the NAHL’s Lone Star Brahmas.  All he did in Lone Star was put up a 25-6-4 record with a 1.98 GAA and a .912 save percentage.  Those numbers converted into a 20016 commitment to attend prestigious Yale University.
