Hawks, Sharpshooters Continue Their Winning Ways

The Gray Highland Hawks and the Almonte Sharpshooters both continued their winning way extending their current winning streaks to seven games. The Sharpshooters have opened up a five-point advantage over the O-Town Rebels in the East, while the Hawks are now only two points behind the Western Division leaders, Muskoka Wild.

In Divisional crossover action, the Glengarry Highlanders travelled west only to come out on the short-end against both the Essa Stallions and Grey Highland Hawks. The crossover games have been very competitive and have given the teams a chance to see some of the other teams in the league and the facilities that they play out of.

Felix Stephan of the Glengarry Highlanders remains the league point leader with 29 points, but Skylar Robertson of the Grey Highland Hawks had a huge week and has moved into third spot with 24 points.

Brian Tempel from the Hawks leads all goaltenders with seven wins.
