NOJHL to meet CCHL Robinson in quarter-final play at Central Canada Cup Challenge

TORONTO – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League will take on the Central Canadian Hockey League’s Robinson Division All-Stars in quarter-final play tonight at 8 p.m. in Central Canada Cup Challenge playoff action at the MasterCard Centre in Toronto.

The CCHL squad went 2-0-0 in round robin play defeating the OJHL Nieuwendyk side 3-2 in a shootout before disposing on the Quebec Junior Hockey League’s Burrows Division Selects 7-3 in their other contest.

As for the NOJHL they suffered a pair of hard fought shootout setbacks, 5-4 to OJHL Coffey Friday and 4-3 to OJHL Oates earlier Saturday to finish at 0-0-2 in their first two outings.
