Wilderness back to 9th in CJHL rankings

THUNDER BAY, Ont. – The latest Canadian Junior Hockey League top 20 rankings are out and the Superior International Junior Hockey League-leading Wisconsin Wilderness have moved back into 9th overall in the listings released Monday.

Wisconsin currently boasts the top record in the SIJHL at 22-3-1 along with an .865 winning percentage.

The Woodstock Slammers (MHL) and Spruce Grove Saints (AJHL) remain one-two nationally for a fifth consecutive week.

Rounding out the top five are the Penticton Vees, (BCHL) Battlefords North Stars, (SJHL) and the Fort McMurray Oil Barons (AJHL) who were tabbed third, fourth and fifth respectively.

The weekly rankings are compiled each week in consultation with National Hockey League Central Scouting.
