Colin Norrish Joins Play Safe Stay Safe Program In Europe

The Play Safe Stay Safe program launching in Opole Poland for the 2020-2021 season has added 12 players since being announced just a few days ago.

The first player to turn in his contract is Colin Norrish of Edmonton Alberta Canada.

Norrish competed with the Banff Hockey Academy last season in the CSSHL and in the NAPHL during the 2018-2019 season.

Norrish is heading to Europe to expand his experience level on the larger ice surface, while pursuing international educational opportunities.

Getting noticed by European pro scouts is also something that enticed the 2002 birth year goalie into leaving Canada.

With the uncertainty in Canada and the United States right now, Norrish felt the Play Safe Stay Safe program allowed for him to have the best opportunity to enjoy an uninterrupted 2020 2021 season.
