CPJHL Showcase In Two Weeks

Two weeks from today, December 13th 2016, the eight member teams of the Canadian Premier Junior Hockey League will descend on Sault Ste. Marie Michigan for their first annual NCAA Showcase.

“We are really looking forward to playing at the Pullar.”  Said TJ Runhart Head Coach of the Seaforth Generals “Its nice to get on the road for a few days as a team, do some bonding, and play in a new location.  It will also be nice to see all the other teams in one location.”

“The showcase is for the players and parents.  It is the whole reason we are doing this.”  Said Sylvain Cloutier Head Coach of the Essa Stallions “Our whole league purpose is to expose young men to opportunity, and create an environment where they can achieve their dreams.”

All games will take place at the Pullar Arena, the original home of “Hockey Town” and the Detroit Red Wings training camp.

“Its a historic building.  When you walk in, you can feel the history even after all of the recent upgrades”  Said Bryan Elliott CPJHL Commissioner “Getting our teams together in such a great hockey community is an opportunity for young men to learn about the history of the Pullar, and the Twin Soo’s.”

The CPJHL is an AAU-UHU Sanctioned Junior Hockey League.
