Over the last four years, hundreds of hockey players have enjoyed traveling to Europe, playing competitive friendly games against European teams, and visiting historical locations.
This year, from July 11th through July 20th, twenty young men and some of their parents will head to Opole Poland for an all inclusive European hockey and historical experience.
With a dedicated dressing room, skate sharpening, access to world class training facilities, meal plans designed for athletes, and planned tours of historical locations, every player will be immersed into a different culture and learn new things on and off the ice.
Head Coach Zac Pearson will be leading the team as they fly out of Chicago, when landing in Krakow Poland, the team bus will be waiting to pick up players and parents and take them to Opole which is just under two hours away.
Upon arrival in Opole, players will take their equipment to the team dressing room and their assigned stalls. No equipment to carry around and everything is located in one place.
That evening the touring teams will get a practice in to get familiar with each other, and it will allow players to get familiar with systems and gives Coaches time to assign power play and penalty kill roles.
Teams from Poland and the Czech republic will travel to Opole to play against the American and Canadian players on the tour.
With limited openings still available, Coach Pearson is looking to finalize the roster this week and have custom jerseys ordered for each player. For more information visit Discover The World Through Hockey (europehockeytour.com) or contact Coach Pearson directly at email@example.com
