Revolution Revival Begins September 6, 2012 9:55 AM

Rod Davidson is certainly working his old connections and putting in the hard hours to put some energy into the Jr. Revolution.

The Junior Revolution Junior A hockey team, members of the North American 3 Hockey League, will host the University of Michigan-Dearborn collegiate squad for an exhibition game this Sunday at 4 p.m. at Revolution Arena in downtown Battle Creek.

The UMD team is lead by former AAHL Revolution Coach Bobby Clouston. Regarded as one of the best ACHA programs in the country, Clouston is certainly making his effort to help the Revolution get turned around. Hockey people just know how to come together to help each other, and this is certainly another example of that.

Warm-ups will begin at 3:30 p.m., and the public is welcome to enjoy the action at no cost.

The game is part of Battle Creek Ice Hockey Kickoff Weekend.
