Another glorious Monday and another stinking pile of turds to air out from everybody’s favorite shit show of a “Junior” league, the GMHL. Seems after we exposed their champion Niagara Whalers (which ranks in importance in the hockey world slightly behind Bob Johnson Automotive 8U’s championship run) scam that bilked over $300,000 by signing players, collecting money, and trading them as soon as their last check cleared, the owner Steve Quinn followed the old GMHL playbook; expand!!!
That’s right! Why stop a good scam???? If they can scam 12 players and over $150,000 last season, 24 players and over $300,000 this season, why stop there??? Why not expand to Niagara-On-The-Lake? Looks like we have a new location for the Niagara Whalers to pillage. I think the new hashtag up in Niagara will be #yournext, which in this case it will refer to the next unsuspecting town filled with dreams of housing a junior hockey club and selling ice time, only to discover they just lent their community centers out to be the home of the latest GMHL scam. Looks like the name of this team will be the Niagara-On-The-Lake Bernie Madoff’s, hahahahaha. Just kidding, it’ll be the ever-original Niagara-On-The-Lake Nationals.
Not to be outdone, this scam artist, Steve Quinn just doesn’t stop!!! As we reported, he takes money from young players, trades them away as soon as the last payment clears, then uses that money to line his pockets, and pay ex-OHL, NCAA, and GOJHL players in order to win a championship. However, this Friday, Steve Quinn took it to a whole new level. He stiffed his ringers on their pay!!! Now, the official word from the Niagara Whalers is that the players skipped the 4:30pm game to go out drinking for St. Patrick’s Day, but we have sources that say they went on strike, and would not play again until they’re paid!!! Hahahaha
I honestly don’t know what is worse ~ Your players going on strike, or a culture of alcohol abuse. Seems Steve Quinn thinks that his team having a culture of alcohol abuse is better than it getting out that he stiffed them on money. I guess he’s already in hot water for scamming money. But my bet is both….hahahahaha
The Niagara Whalers without their paid 21-year-old ringers arrived in St. George for the South Division Final, Game 5, tied 2-2 in the series, with 13 skaters and 2 goalies!!!! And got the ever-living shit kicked out of them, 14-2!!!!!!!
I guess that’s what you get, when you sign any player you can as long as they pay, trade them or sit them on the bench all season while your paid 21-year-olds play, your team doesn’t practice because your 21-year-olds only want to show up to games, and then you stiff them on their pay!!!
We even got one player send us an email showing he was promised a “no-trade” clause, but was traded preseason anyways…..Yeah, I’d like to see the sucker fall for that one this season. Steve Quinn, the Niagara Whalers, and the GMHL president, Bob Russell’s response when players complain about broken contracts, “Buyer beware” – Bob Russell, GMHL President quoted in an interview by the Canadian Broadcast Company.
Yep…Just love exposing these filthy scumbags of the GMHL. Like the filth uncovered by the melting snow in the spring, once players leave for the season in the spring from the G, all their filth comes to our emails!!! Stay tuned, next week we got a good one!

*The Death Pool is a mix of comedy, and satire in connection with recent events. Unfortunately for the GMHL its not too funny for them. It is not an official report of current events although it may look as though the news is so accurate that it could one day happen or may be happening.
