Hello boys and girls. Don’t you just love it when GMHL fraud donkeys get their due? Ever since we broke the story “GMHL Niagara Whalers Scam Imploding on Itself” – there has been a criminal fraud investigation into the team and their fraud owner. Players and ex-employees have released YouTube videos and written their comments below the video

Now these donkey’s have included an ex-employee on their internal emails, and guess who they forwarded the email chain to???? Yes, that’s right. Yours truly! And guess what I’m going to do with their email chain??? Yep, release it here for everyone in the hockey world to see!!!

As you can see, the Niagara Whalers only have 1 player signed for the 2018-19 season. And obviously there are no returning players. Seems no one else, except this one guy, wants to be the next victim of this fraudster. I can almost hear the Niagara Whalers repeating the famous line from Scooby Doo, “And I would’ve gotten away with it too, if it wasn’t for the meddling Junior Hockey News” “Good one, Shaggy” hahahahaha

If your team has only 1 player signed by this time of year, and only has one payment of $2,700, of which $870 of which goes to pay their recruiter Jason Hill for each player he can sucker into the scam, you got a team that WILL fold in September. Who wants to be the 2nd player to sign for a team that will fold???? Because as that YouTube video, our articles, and all the players that wrote in the comments attested to, the motto of the Niagara Whalers GMHL is “Money goes in. Money does not come out.” The players all hired a lawyer for a class action suit against the team. Looks like they got 1 more member for their lawsuit!

The most hilarious part of that email chain is that the owner and president doesn’t even know what’s going on. He wants to know what the plan is. Really??? You are the President of the team, and you don’t even know what’s going on with your own team??? Love how the scout, Jason Hill, tries to defend the scam, then immediately ask for $8,700. I also like his plea to the owners that “I truly don’t like signing players I have never seen play.” Meaning the owner is saying “Sign anyone…Who cares who they are, we just care about money!!!” And this piece of trash scam artist owner has the balls to write as a final sentence to his email to make it a “profitable team for us this year.” Fucking con-artists!!! Can’t wait to see their camp on June 23rd. I can already hear the crickets warming up. Here at the Junior Hockey News, we have the body bag all ready.

Be this an example of the GMHL Niagara Whalers to ALL GMHL teams. If you continue your scams, players WILL contact us, we WILL expose you, and your piece of shit team, in your piece of shit league WILL fold.

From all of us at The Junior Hockey News and the rest of the hockey world, we say to the Niagara Whalers and the GMHL “Good riddance. Don’t let the screen door hit you on the ass on your way out!!!

Hey boys back in town now. We have two actual handed back in with payment. I have another on me, 6 more that were handed out that all claim were gonna sign. Following up this week with all. We’re a little behind but my goal will be 15 signed by camp and catch us right up. I truly don’t like signing players I have never seen play.

As far as USPHL guys I really had no thought in any of them besides a goalie and few others. I’m still in talks with all I’ll see where they stand this evening. Let’s not panic until July 1st. Please have faith, but this sell was a little harder then anticipated and to be honest two people brought up the bad reviews of league and team. I obviously put them at ease but still tough pill to swallow and then ask for $8700.

Rodney I’m in meeting I’ll buzz you back after 5. I have that cash sitting on my desk for you.

Jay I know you will fill the team but could you share briefly the plan for the next 6 weeks as we wanted 25 players signed and paying no later than July 31st and all fees due in full by Sept 1st. The Leauge fess, players card fees , ice deposits, jerseys and equipment needs ordered and having one deposit to work with of 2700 is not easy to do of which 870 goes to Jay. I have fronted Leauge fees 9k, player card fee, amongst other expenses we had to get paid which is why I am asking what the plan is. I have heard a rumor that all the players from here, jay knows are going to the usphl team in falls and will not sign with whalers. Again this is a rumor I heard.

*The Death Pool is a mix of comedy, and satire in connection with recent events. Unfortunately for the GMHL its not too funny for them. It is not an official report of current events although it may look as though the news is so accurate that it could one day happen or may be happening.
