NA3HL New England Knights Killed Off

As we get closer to the start or attempted start of the season for many teams and many leagues, more and more reports of teams folding, taking a year off, or just vanishing are expected.

The New England Knights just vanished from the NA3HL website, but we knew for months it was coming.

Once owned by the Lovell brothers, the Knights franchise became disposable when they obtained NCDC and USPHL Premier franchises.

Tim and Joe Lovell are some of the biggest names in hockey in Massachusetts. Tim known for hockey and the business side of things, while Joe is better known for being an excellent and highly regarded coach.

Across North America, the coming weeks will see more teams folding, or taking a year off.
