Multiple reports are coming in that as many as ten players and coaches have tested positive for COVID-19 in New Jersey.
The Middletown Sports Complex, home of the NJ Titans youth and NAHL teams has been forced to close for two weeks as a result of positive tests.
Sources are stating that after receiving a report, a health agency representative went to the complex and spotted players and coaches not wearing masks as required.
An alleged CDC representative took action and had the facility shuttered on September 11. The closure is noted on the Middletown Sports Complex website.
This has forced the NJ Titans NAHL team off their home ice for training camp, that had just begun.
As the COVID-19 pandemic goes on more of these stops and starts can be expected across the United States.
