USPHL Premier Kingston Wranglers Hire Josh Hardiman as Assistant Coach

The Kingston Wranglers are thrilled to announce Josh Hardiman as Assistant Coach and Video Coach. Josh comes to the Kingston Wranglers with a wealth of experience in coaching, video analysis, and strength and conditioning in the hockey industry.

Josh’s most recent experience includes roles as an Assistant Coach for Team Canada East World Jr. A Challenge and the All-Star team for Team NOJHL East in the Eastern Canada Cup. Most recently serving as an Associate Coach, Video Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Powassan Voodoos (NOJHL), Josh excels in coaching defense, strategizing special teams, and providing individualized training through video analysis and personalized workout sessions.

For Kingston Wranglers General Manager Ryan Thompson, bringing Josh on board is an exciting step in building the team in Kingston, Ont.

“We’re thrilled to have Josh on our team. His concentration on defensive skills and experience with video sessions will bring a heightened level of Coaching that our team will benefit from.”

Prior to his role at Powassan Voodoos, Josh contributed significantly to the Trenton Golden Hawks (OJHL) and Kingston Voyageurs (OJHL), where he honed his skills in video coaching, stats analysis, and player development.

Josh’s skills range from video coaching using tools like Instat, Steva, and Hudl to implementing advanced analytics for player improvement. With a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma from St. Lawrence, Josh combines his passion for hockey with a deep understanding of fitness and player development. Fluent in English and French, Josh’s holistic approach to coaching and player development sets him apart in the hockey community.
