Southeast Division
Forward: Illya Biesiedin, Potomac Patriots
The former USPHL Elite All-Star registered a 2-2-4 line for the Patriots as they swept the Carolina Jr. Hurricanes. Biesiedin (‘05/Kharkiv, Ukraine) has improved to 20 points in 16 games this year, and he has 128 points in 147 career games with the Patriots junior teams.
Defense: Clément Roulet, Potomac Patriots
Roulet (‘04/St-Pierre and Miquelon, France) scored his first USPHL Premier goal and added three assists over this past weekend in their two wins against Carolina. The four points Roulet scored accounted for most of the five points he’s scored in his first USPHL campaign.
Goaltender: Timo Johner, Hampton Roads Whalers
Johner (‘05/Brutten, Switzerland) stopped a total of 86 out of 88 shots put on him by the Charlotte Rush, and came out with a sweep for the Whalers, who moved into the top five overall in Premier points. Johner has won six of his last seven games and stands with a 6-3-1-0 record, a .929 save percentage and a 2.46 GAA.
Florida Division
Forward: Lincoln Emmerson, Atlanta Mad Hatters
Emmerson (‘06/Geneva, Ill.) scored four goals and added one assist as the Mad Hatters earned a sweep against the Palm Beach Typhoon. Emmerson, new to the Mad Hatters since just before Oct. 12, has scored seven points in five games since coming over from the Winnipeg Blues of the Manitoba Junior League.
Defense: Ethan Fredericks, Atlanta Mad Hatters
Fredericks (‘06/Toronto, Ont.) scored a goal and added two assists for three points against Palm Beach. Fredericks improved to eight points in 13 games.
Goaltender: Evan Stringer, Bold City Battalion
The third-year Premier veteran Stringer (‘05/Fort Collins, Colo.) went up against the Florida Eels, stopping 27 of their 28 shots for his fourth straight win on Oct. 27. He is 4-1-0-1 this season, and 27-12-5-1 in his career.
