Elite Stars of the Week | Dec. 15-22, 2025

The United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) Elite has announced its Division Stars of the Week, recognizing standout performances from December 15-22, 2025. Only players nominated by their teams were eligible for consideration.

Atlantic Division

Forward: Evan Wohlstetter – Red Bank Generals: Evan Wohlstetter had a strong week for Red Bank, posting 5 points (3G, 2A) across 3 games, including timely goals that helped spark the Generals’ offense.

Defenseman: Andrew Marvyak – P.A.L. Jr. Islanders: Andrew Marvyak delivered steady two-way play on the back end, contributing 2 points (0G, 2A) in 2 games, while helping stabilize P.A.L.’s defensive structure throughout the week.

Goaltender: Henry Frost – Elmira Impact: Henry Frost put together one of the strongest goaltending performances in the division, going 2–0 with a .940 save percentage (47/50) and a 1.50 goals-against average over 120 minutes.

Florida Division

Forward: Jackson Carnes – Florida Eels: Jackson Carnes was a force all week, producing 4 points (3G, 1A) in 3 games, including an impressive 3 power-play goals, making him one of the top special-teams forwards in the division.

Defenseman: Michael Rozenblat – Coral Springs Jr. Cats: Michael Rozenblat provided key offensive support from the blue line with 2 goals in 4 games, including one power-play marker and one game-winning goal, anchoring the Jr. Cats’ transition game.

Goaltender: Ethan Gabler – Florida Eels: Ethan Gabler was flawless in his outings, going 1–0 with a perfect 1.000 save percentage (23/23) and 0.00 GAA over nearly 50 minutes of play.

Midwest Division

Forward: Dylan Davis – Fort Wayne Spacemen: Dylan Davis made the most of his lone appearance, exploding for 5 points (2G, 3A) in 1 game. 

Defenseman: Erik Koller – Chicago Crush: Erik Koller continues to be a reliable producer from the back end, tallying 5 points (1G, 4A) in 4 games while logging important minutes on both sides of the puck.

Goaltender: Austin Schaertel – Fort Wayne Spacemen: Austin Schaertel was outstanding in his lone appearance, finishing 1–0 with a .920 save percentage (12/13) and a 1.00 GAA over 60 minutes, backstopping Fort Wayne to a strong victory.

New England Division

Forward: Kail Burns – Northern Cyclones: Kail Burns delivered a sharp performance with 3 assists in 1 game, driving the Cyclones’ offensive pace and providing consistent playmaking.

Defenseman: Andrew Aldrich – Northern Cyclones: Andrew Aldrich contributed 1 assist in 1 game, while offering steady defensive work and strong puck-moving ability.

Goaltender: Kaiden Ames – Springfield Jr. Pics: Kaiden Ames went 1–0, stopping 28 of 32 shots for an .875 save percentage over 60 minutes, helping Springfield secure the win in his start.

Southeast Division

Forward: Dylan Sedlak – Hampton Roads Whalers: Dylan Sedlak turned in one of the biggest weeks across the entire Premier Conference, posting 7 points (5G, 2A) in 4 games, including 2 power-play goals, helping drive Hampton Roads’ offensive surge.

Defenseman: Brandon Tough – Hampton Roads Whalers: Brandon Tough was impactful on both ends, adding 4 points (1G, 3A) in 4 games, including a power-play goal, and logging big minutes defensively.

Goaltender: Owen Nasholds – Carolina Jr. Hurricanes: Owen Nasholds delivered a strong week in the crease, going 2–0 with a .935 save percentage (58/62) and a 2.42 GAA across 99 minutes of work.
