After enduring an up-and-down regular season, the Owen Sound Attack managed to find its footing late in the year with a strong push down the stretch to secure a postseason berth. However, their playoff run was short-lived, as the club faced a difficult opening-round exit. Despite the challenges, the Attack still has plenty to be optimistic about as it moves forward, with a promising young core continuing to develop within the organization. Since the conclusion of the season, the franchise has also entered a new chapter off the ice following the announcement of new ownership.
Now, the Attack prepare to say goodbye to members of their graduating class as Noah Nelson, Lenny Greenberg, and Noah Roberts move on from the Ontario Hockey League.
Noah Nelson (Owen Sound Attack, Brantford/Hamilton Bulldogs – 2021-26)
Signed by Owen Sound after being released by the Brantford Bulldogs during the 2025-26 preseason, Noah Nelson joined the Attack for his overage campaign and went on to record a career-high 21 points (11-10–21) in 49 regular-season games, highlighted by a pair of shorthanded goals.
Originally selected by the Bulldogs in the fifth round (93rd overall) of the 2021 OHL Priority Selection, the London, Ont. native wraps up his OHL career with 75 points (30-45–75) across 246 regular-season contests. Nelson was also a member of the Hamilton Bulldogs team that captured the 2022 OHL Championship.
Lenny Greenberg (Owen Sound Attack – 2024-26)
Playing his first full season with Owen Sound after signing as a free agent in January 2025, Lenny Greenberg enjoyed a career year in his overage season, posting 48 points (13-35–48) along with 158 shots on goal in 67 regular-season games. He also registered a career-high four-point performance on his 21st birthday.
The six-foot blueliner concludes his OHL career with 58 points (14-44–58) in 87 regular-season games and is committed to Sacred Heart University for next season.
Noah Roberts (Owen Sound Attack, Sudbury Wolves, Brantford/Hamilton Bulldogs – 2021-26)
Acquired by Owen Sound near the end of this year’s preseason, Noah Roberts matched a career-high with 12 points (6-6–12) during his overage season, including a shorthanded marker. Before arriving in Owen Sound, the veteran defenceman spent time with the Sudbury Wolves and Brantford/Hamilton Bulldogs.
Originally selected by the Bulldogs in the third round (53rd overall) of the 2021 OHL Priority Selection, the Uxbridge, Ont. native closes out his OHL career with 42 points (10-32–42) across 235 regular-season games. Roberts was also part of Hamilton’s 2022 OHL Championship-winning club and is set to join Greenberg at Sacred Heart University next season.
