TJHN Year End Wrap Up – Things To come Next Year

Dear Readers,

2014 was another great year for TJHN.  This was the first year we were able to maintain weekly feature stories from our own writers for the whole year, while adding some special reporters as well.

Our Twitter followers nearly doubled and we received more tips and feedback from those Twitter participants than any other social media source.

From humble beginnings three years ago when TJHN averaged ten unique visits per day to where we are today, averaging more than 5000 unique visits per day is simply a testament to the passion our great readers have for the game.  Roughly two million unique visitors to TJHN in 2014, with close to 8 million page views, is more than we ever expected.

As we move into 2015, TJHN is working on a little revamp of our website.  Just a little tune up to increase load speeds and remove some things that aren’t productive.

We will also be adding some things in 2015.  More feature writers, more special reports, as well as our own video channel.

While we continue to work toward providing you with the best coverage of all things related to junior hockey, we hope you continue to spread the word about TJHN.

Thank you for a successful 2014, without you, the reader, TJHN wouldn’t be possible.  We look forward to making 2015 even better.
