Colleh hockey is expanding in Europe at a rate that cannot be matched in North America. One example of this is the University of Bydgoszcz in Bydgoszcz Poland is one of the four college hockey expansion programs in Poland slated for the 2025 – 2026 season.

An official announcement of the Head Coach, an English speaker who is Hockey Canada certified, will be made in February of 2025. With twenty six open roster spots, players who are eighteen to twenty five will be recruited to start their college hockey careers next season.
For those student athletes who make Bydgoszcz their choice, you will be happy to know that your cost to attend will be approximately $15,000 per year before any potential scholarship money is granted. Like NCAA D-3 this includes all of your costs except housing and food.
