“I’m extremely proud and excited for Sean and his family,” said Phantoms head coach Anthony Noreen. “This has been a goal of his since he came here to Youngstown, and I’m very happy that he was able to achieve it while playing us. Maine is a tremendous program and will give Sean the opportunity to continue developing, not just as a player, but as a man.”

Six other current USHL players are committed to Maine; Brian Morgan (Indiana Ice), Victor Bjorkung (Sioux Falls Stampede), Liam Pecararo (Waterloo Black Hawks), Brandon Salerno (Waterloo Black Hawks), Eric Schurhamer (Waterloo Black Hawks).
