With their final pick of the USHL draft, Sioux Falls selected right winger Sean Montgomery from Calgary, Alberta.
Montgomery had an impressive season with 37 points (19g, 18a) in 35 games with the Calgary Royals Midget AAA team. He registered five power play goals and just two penalty minutes while helping guide the Royals to the playoffs.
