Pre Draft Combine Wrap Up

With the 2014 Pre Draft Combine now in the books, we would like to thank all players, parents, coaches, scouts, and volunteers for all of their efforts that make this event possible.

Forty two scouts passed through our doors this year.  Those scouts represented some of the best organizations from the following leagues:

NHL, AHL, CHL, NCAA, ACHA, USHL, NAHL, NOJHL, BCHL, CCHL, OJHL, USPHL, MnJHL, NA3HL, WSHL, GMHL, MWJHL, Tier 1 Elite Midget AAA, and the NLHL Midget AAA

We would like to make a special thanks to John McCreary, Kyle Sada, Chris Williams, EcMcCormack, Marty Quarters, Jeff Lerg, and Bill Zaniboni for going beyond just assisting with the event.  Your time and effort were critical in the success of the event.

Success for us is measured in the feedback we receive from participants and coaches.  As always we hope you enjoyed your experience, that you took advantage of your opportunity, and that it provided a new level of exposure for you.

As we moved toward the All Star game yesterday, I was personally looking forward to actually watching a game rather than working.  It was the first full game I had the opportunity to watch, and I was not disappointed.

All weekend scouts had been telling me how great the event was and how happy they were that they came, and it was nice to hear, but you always want to see for yourself.  I can say that the skill and pace of the All Star game yesterday was second to no other that I have seen.

Thank you all for attending, and participating this year, and we hope to see you back next year.  Look for some exciting news over the next few months as the Pre Draft Combine adds to its agenda.
