When scouts are looking for a combination of size, speed and skill, they are looking for 2008 birth year forward Brandon Thompson. The California native spent last season with the Notre Dame Hounds U17 program in the CSSHL and his time was well spent according to BCHL and WHL scouts.
Thompson put up an impressive twenty two points in thirty three games in the CSSHL U17 division. Drill down a little further on those numbers and it becomes more impressive that he put those points up mainly against the top teams in that division. Thompson is looking to expand his opportunities in the United States this coming season.
