HTM Player Spotlight – Ayden Pierce – American Hockey Academy

The next HTM player feature is U-18 American Hockey Academy player Ayden Pierce.

Playing with AHA in Boston, surrounded by NCAA programs as well as some of the top junior programs in the country puts Legere in the middle of the scouting action.

Ayden Pierce (Piercey)

Hometown: Oshawa, ON, Canada

5’9″ & 150 lbs.

Position: Goalie

Shot: Left

Favorite Meal: Lasagna

Favorite NHL Team: Toronto Maple Leafs

Favorite NHL Player: Juuse Saros/Andre Fleury

Favorite Sport (outside of hockey): Boxing/UFC

Ayden Pierce is, by far, one of the top goaltenders in his age group, drawing interest from all three tiers in Junior hockey, as well as several colleges. Ayden is extremely mobile, tracks the puck better than most at his age group and older than him. Ayden’s competition level is off the charts in practice, games and off-ice activities. A true professional off ice, Ayden is very polite and thankful for his opportunities. He is always positive and always has a smile on his face. As an assistant captain on the AHA U18 team, Ayden is looked up to and well respected by all of his teammates, coaches, and teachers. A diamond in the rough, as he is from a small town in Canada, and was not getting the chance to show just how talented he is prior to coming to AHA.

For more information on Ayden Pierce we encourage you to contact American Hockey Academy [email protected] and look for him at a high level showcase this season.
