New Jersey Renegades To Join USPHL Premier Conference In 2025-26

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE | Monday, Oct. 14, 2024

The United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) is pleased to announce that the New Jersey Renegades will join the USPHL Premier Conference for the 2025-26 season. The Renegades are transitioning after competing in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) Premier Division since the 2017-18 season. Starting next season, the Renegades will compete in the highly competitive Atlantic Division of the USPHL Premier Conference.

The Renegades are based out of SportsCare Arena in Randolph, New Jersey, which features two NHL-sized rinks, a dedicated team locker room, and a spacious viewing area for parents and scouts. The arena also offers live game broadcasts via a full-sized TV in the parents’ and scouts’ room overlooking the main rink.

“The New Jersey Renegades, throughout our long history, have always sought the best opportunities for our players’ development and the most competitive situations for our team. We are looking forward to this new challenge as we join the USPHL Premier Conference next season, particularly entering an Atlantic Division that has been one of the toughest divisions in the league for many years, producing two of the last three USPHL Premier National Champions. This move will help propel our players to new heights, both individually and as a team, and support them in advancing to the best possible college and higher tier junior levels. We are excited to work with Murry Gunty, Tony Zasowski, and the USPHL staff. We would also like to thank the Eastern Hockey League for being strong partners of the Renegades over the past eight years, and we wish the EHL and its Member Teams the very best of luck in future seasons,” said Cliff Graziano, Head Coach and GM of the New Jersey Renegades.

Tony Zasowski, Deputy Commissioner of the USPHL, stated, “We are excited to add the Renegades as the 12th team to the highly competitive USPHL Premier Atlantic Division. SportsCare Arena will be a perfect location and venue for the Renegade athletes to develop and showcase their talents.”
