Midwest Division

Forward: Alexis Toussaint, Fort Wayne Spacemen

Toussaint (‘04/Varennes, Quebec) scored four goals and had two assists to help the Fort Wayne Spacemen win three of their four games across the last week. His power play goal on Nov. 24 helped secure a shutout 8-0 win against Somang Hockey. Toussaint is playing in his second Premier season with the Spacemen. He has 116 career points across 57 games, posting 55 goals and 61 assists. 

 

Defense: Jesper Frunck, Decatur Blaze

Frunck (‘04/Stockholm, Sweden) registered four points for the Decatur Blaze to earn a player of the week nomination. Against Somang Hockey on Nov. 25, Frunck scored a power play goal to tie up the game and went on to score the shootout goal to win 2-1. Frunck has played 16 games with the Blaze, with two goals and six assists in his first season with the team. 

 

Goaltender: Jordan Nicolucci, Fort Wayne Spacemen

Nicolucci (‘04/Montreal, Quebec) helped the Fort Wayne Spacemen secure an 8-0 shutout against Somang Hockey on Nov. 24. Over the three games he played this week, he went 2-1-0-0 and had 47 saves on 50 shots for a 1.43 goals against average. Nicolucci is in his second Premier season and first with the Spacemen. He is 7-1-0-1 so far this season.

North Division

Forward: Cannon Bonifay, Minnesota Squatch

Bonifay (‘04/Fort Worth, Tex.) scored five goals and had two assists over just two games, including two power play goals, for the Minnesota Squatch this week, helping them secure both wins. In his second season with the Squatch, Bonifay has 133 career points (71 goals; 62 assists) over 59 games. 

 

Defense: Connor Corcoran, Northwest Express

Corcoran (‘05/Haverhill, Mass.) earns his second consecutive player of the week nomination for posting five points over two games for the Northwest Express. He scored the first goal against the Minnesota Mullets on Nov. 24 and had four assists in the two games. In his first season with the Northwest Express, Corcoran had 39 points with 9 goals and 30 assists. 

 

Goaltender: Charles Healey, Isanti Outlaws

Healey (‘04/Rochester, N.Y.) performed an impressive 53-save shutout against the Hudson Havoc on Nov. 23. He had 36 of 37 in relief appearance on Nov. 22. to register 89 saves on 90 shots over his time played this week for a .989 save percentage and .61 goals against average. Healey is 1-2-0-0 in his second Premier season and first with the Outlaws. 

 

Great Lakes Division

Forward: Giovanni Valentine, Columbus Mavericks

In the Columbus Mavericks’ four games this week, Valentine (‘06/Newcastle, Penn.) scored three goals and posted four assists to help the team go 3-1. Valentine is playing his second season with the Mavericks and has posted 15 goals and seven assists for 22 career points across 23 games. 

 

Defense: Jack Schnur, Metro Jets

Schnur (‘05/Kalamazoo, Mich.) registered one power play goal and three assists for the Metro Jets this week to help them win all four games played. In his first season with the Metro Jets, Schnur has 12 points across three goals and nine assists over 18 games played thus far.  

 

Goaltender: Austin Nowak, Toledo Cherokee

Nowak (‘04/Sylvania, Ohio) played two games with the Toledo Cherokee this week and saved 45 of 46 shots including a 22-save shutout against the Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings on Nov. 25 for a .59 goals against average. Nowak is 7-2-0-0 in his second season with the Cherokee. This is his seventh career shutout.

Selection Process: Divisional statistical leaders are presented to coaches, who are able to vote on the leaders, or nominate and vote on alternate candidates.
