Clarksville, TN – The Red River Spartans stepped off the ice and into the Clarksville community for National Night Out 2026, joining local families, first responders and community partners in support of a safer and more connected community.
The Spartans’ booth was filled with activity throughout the evening as local youth and families met players, collected autographs and learned more about the organization’s nonprofit mission to expand access to the game of hockey.
Spartans players also had the opportunity to connect with several organizations serving the Clarksville community, including the Clarksville Police Department, Clarksville Fire Rescue and Special Olympics Tennessee.
For the Spartans, events like National Night Out represent an important part of the organization’s mission. While development and competition take place on the ice, some of the team’s most meaningful work comes through building relationships and giving back to the community it represents.
