Expansion U-18 AAA Head Coach needed.
Salary commensurate with coaching and playing experience.
As the 18U Coach, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a season plan in coordination with the USA Hockey Development Model, recruiting and selecting players, organizing and running practices, supervising assistant coaches, working with the Club’s professional Goalie Coaches and Off-Ice Training Staff, attending all team events, conducting regular team meetings, holding multiple player reviews throughout the season, coordinating use of video as a teaching tool, developing relationships to advance players, and all other aspects of coaching a competitive AAA Midget hockey team.
Qualified candidates will be energetic, dedicated teachers committed to running a quality youth program focused on player development. The successful candidate should create a positive learning environment and foster a passion for the game. All candidates are required to have the appropriate USAH CEP level and Age Module, and must complete full USAH SafeSport training each season. The Club offers competitive youth hockey salaries, skill sessions with dedicated coaches, and an off-ice training coordinator to assist in your efforts.
Compensation: The Head Coach will be paid an annual salary with potential for bonus and benefits. The Club covers all club-related travel expenses. This position includes additional coaching and compensation opportunities.
