The National Collegiate Development Conference congratulates its selections for the 2023 NCDC All-Star “Best of the Best” Game, set to kick off at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at Foxboro Sports Center in Foxboro, Mass. We are announcing each team this week in two sets – forwards in one set and defensemen and goaltenders in another.
Every one of these players was voted on by the NCDC’s coaches, and every player is greatly deserving of the honor to be named as an All-Star and to wear the All-Star jersey on Feb. 21.
Rosters, while being announced this week, are subject to change due to injuries or illnesses.

Forwards
Bryce Bollman
C • New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs • 6/23/2002 • 6-0/189 • R • Orland Park, Ill.
Bollman is the Monarchs’ leading scorer as a first-year NCDC player, who came in with prior-year Tier II experience. He has scored 32 points in 39 games, and is in a tie with several other players for most games played in the NCDC this year. His 0.82 points per game average is ninth in Monarchs’ NCDC history.
Christopher Repmann
C • New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs • 3/9/2022 • 6-/188 • R • Middletown, N.J.
Repmann is in his second season with the Monarchs and has risen to No. 1 in the NCDC in shorthanded points, with two goals and three assists in man-down situations. In 39 games, he has a team-leading 15 goals and 14 assists for 29 points. For his career, he has 36 points in 67 games.
Paden Hicks
C • Northern Cyclones • 9/26/2002 • 6-1/175 • R • Kansas City, Mo.
The NCDC’s second-leading goal-scorer with 24 tallies, he currently has more goals this season than he had points in his first NCDC campaign in 2021-22. Hicks registered the league’s second-longest scoring streak, at 12 games in which he posted 19 points. He now has 41 points in 34 games, and his 1.21 points per game average is fourth best in the league. Hicks is tied for second in career goals in the NCDC with 34, knotted with current Air Force forward Will Gavin.
Marko Giourof
RW • Northern Cyclones • 11/20/2003 • 5-9/160 • L • Torrance, Calif.
Another second-year Cyclone who has left his 2021-22 point totals in the dust, Giourof has more than doubled his 19 points of last year by posting 40 so far this year. He is seventh in league scoring and is also the No. 1 shootout scorer with three goals in the 1v1 competition to settle ties after 65 minutes. Like Hicks, Giourof is in the top five for all-time Cyclones goal-scoring with 25, tied for fifth.
Luke Panchisin
RW • Boston Advantage • 8/23/2002 • 5-6/149 • R • Lincolnshire, Ill.
Panchisin is a second-year Advantage player who is also in his third year of Tier II hockey. He is tied for second in league scoring with 44 points in 37 games (after posting six in 19 contests last year). Panchisin is tied with Hicks for second-longest point-scoring streak with 12 games (10-10-20). With 50 points in 56 career games, Panchisin is second all-time in Advantage history in goals at 23, and he is fourth in team history in points with 50.
Jacob Bigras
C • Boston Advantage • 11/6/2002 • 5-8/175 • L • Boisbriand, Que.
Bigras, brought into the Advantage from the Ontario Junior League, has posted a 6-19-25 line in 35 games this season. Bigras, who plays on the Advantage with his twin brother Jeremy, is also the Advantage’s top faceoff guy, winning 261 centers this year.
Bobby Landry
RW • South Shore Kings • 3/22/2004 • 6-0/171 • R • Hingham, Mass.
COMMITTED TO HARVARD UNIVERSITY
Landry joined the Kings in November, and he has posted 14 points in his 19 games with South Shore. He has enjoyed five multi-point games this year, accounting for the bulk of his 14 points. Before originally playing in the BCHL, Landry had competed with the Kings’ 18U AAA Prep team in 2021-22.
Ben Jenkinson
C • South Shore Kings • 11/29/2002 • 6-0/202 • L • Nantucket, Mass.
Jenkinson provided veteran leadership to the Kings this season, coming in from another NCDC squad with 36 points in 49 games last year. It’s worked out well for the team as he is leading the Kings with 33 points in 34 games this season.
Jack Hillier
RW • South Shore Kings • 10/5/2004 • 6-1/173 • R • Petawawa, Ont.
Hillier joined the Kings with prior Jr. A experience from Canada as well as prior AAA experience with the prestigious Notre Dame Hounds program in Saskatchewan. He is the Kings’ leader in goals with 15 and has added 15 assists for 30 points in 35 games this season. He is tied with P.A.L.’s Donovan Powell for most goals scored by an NCDC rookie.
Patrick Somerville
F • Islanders Hockey Club • 10/25/2002 • 5-7/166 • R • Medford, Mass.
Somerville, a three-year NCDC veteran with the Islanders, is tied for the team goals lead with 10 this year. Over his career, he’s put 23 into the net to tie for seventh on the Islanders’ all-time leaderboard. He’s also fourth in all-time NCDC games played for the IHC with 84. Prior to his time with the NCDC Islanders, he had helped the IHC win the 2019 USPHL 16U National Championship.
Trace Norwell
RW • Twin City Thunder • 12/18/2002 • 5-6/160 • R • Erie, Colo.
The second-year Thunder and current scoring leader is also the organization’s all-time top scorer with 68 points in 82 career games. This year, he has put up a team-leading 36 points in 34 games, and his nine power play goals are good for first in the league as well. He is also the THunder’s leader in all-time games played (82) and goals (32), and he is second all-time in assists (36).
Easton Ryan
RW • Boston Junior Bruins • 5/29/2003 • 5-10/170 • R • Ottawa, Ont.
Ryan continues the theme of veteran leaders who also just happen to be one of their organization’s best-ever NCDC players. At 90 points in 87 games, he is fifth all-time in the Junior Bruins’ illustrious NCDC history, sharing the top five with Hobey Baker Award candidate Collin Graf (Quinnipiac), as well as Ryan Lovett (Dartmouth) and Frankie Ireland (Stonehill College). This year, his 43 points in 39 games leads the Junior Bruins, and is good for fifth in league scoring.
