In a surprise update, the United States and Canada border closure extension that have been made on a month by month basis, will be extended to the end of November.
The American Thanksgiving Holiday is seen as the next review date for any further border closure extensions.
This would actually make some sense considering many reports are predicting a potential COVID-19 “second wave” to coincide with the traditional flu season.
The end of November would likely give everyone a pretty good idea of the direction the pandemic is taking.
The end of November also would take us past the United States Presidential elections that some conspiracy theorist are remarking that the virus will magically disappear after it takes place.
