The NCDC and USPHL management are heading to Casper today to meet with the city officials regarding the Casper Warbirds franchise.
While its all but certain that Chris and Rhea Reaves will not be allowed to operate in Casper, league officials did inform TJHN that a plan to save the team is being worked on. That plan likely entails a new ownership group in Casper.
