On Friday January 4th, 2019, scouts and organizations will have an opportunity to use and experiment with the CSS player database.
One key element to the CSS Player Database is the Basic Player Search.
Search by Name, Position, Handedness, Year of Birth, Country, or any combination of these items and more.
The CSS Player Database will then return results of player profiles that match the search criteria entered.
Organizations and scouts can then further define the list by clicking on when the player was last active in his profile, or other criteria. Having access to all the information provided by the player and Central Scouting Services.
Coaches and organizations can then contact the player directly through the CSS database via email or SMS (text message). Making communication and recruiting not only easier, but more efficient, and automatically documenting the communication for NCAA Compliance.
