CHOW TO STEP DOWN AS SJHL COMMISSIONER

PRINCE ALBERTSask. — Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League commissioner Bill Chow has informed the SJHL and CJHL, that effective May 31, 2022, he will be stepping down from the position  with the SJHL.

“I will not be back to complete the contract that is currently in place and set to expire on May 31, 2023,” stated Chow.

“Until then, I will continue to fulfill my duties as the commissioner of the SJHL, as I have for the past 10 plus years.”

“There have been many factors that have gone into my final decision.”

The SJHL Board of Governors will now conduct a thorough hiring process in their bid to find the next commissioner.
