Decatur Blaze Join TJHN

The Mid West Junior Hockey League’s Decatur Blaze have joined The Junior Hockey News as an Advertising and Content providing partner.

“We wanted to increase our visibility to players and fans.”  Said Head Coach and General Manager Zac Pearson “After going to the Pre Draft Combine last month, it became clear to see that The Junior Hockey News gets information out to players and their parents.  Making sure they are aware of our organization as a playing option will help us improve our team once again this year.”

“I have known Zac for years, and seeing how he is developing himself into a leader of this franchise has been great to watch.”  Said Publisher Joseph Kolodziej “He has certainly grown into this role from being a player only a few short years ago.  Seeing him take advantage of the exposure we have to offer only proves his commitment to developing the best organization he possibly can.

The Decatur Blaze are entering their third season in the MWJHL. Previously located in Bloomington Illinois, the Blaze will now be calling the Decatur Civic Center home.
