An expansion team in one of the top development leagues in Europe is searching for a Head Coach.
Salary dependent on experience in recruiting and coaching.
Primary responsibilities as a Head Coach must have the following:
Scouting and Recruitment – Must be able to recruit a competitive team
Strategy, Practice Planning
Video Analysis and Breakdown
Goal Orientated
Strong positive work ethic
Teaching Ability
Organizationally driven
Detail orientated
Strong desire to development and advance players.
Assist with Team Management
Community minded
Candidates interested in this position should have the following;
USA Hockey Level three or four coaching certification or Hockey Canada equivilent.
• Previous coaching and player recruitment experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to attract and retain high-level players
• Effectively manage coaching staff (assistant coaches, equipment manager)
