Florida Eels’ Thomas Harrow Helps Lead Australia To Silver At 2026 IIHF U20 Division II Group B

Florida Eels forward Thomas Harrow delivered a standout international performance as he helped guide the Australian Men’s U20 National Team to a silver medal at the 2026 IIHF World Championship Division II Group B in Belgrade, Serbia — the nation’s best-ever finish in this division.

Harrow was a consistent offensive driver throughout the tournament, posting 3 goals and 3 assists for 6 points with a +7 rating across five games. His production played a key role in Australia’s 3–2 record and 9-point finish, which included dominant wins over New Zealand (13–1) and Israel (5–1). The result marked a major improvement from the team’s 4th-place finish in 2025.

The Florida Eels organization proudly recognized Harrow’s efforts on the international stage.

“Florida Eels Congratulate Thomas Harrow and Team Australia on winning Silver at the Worlds! We are so incredibly proud of you and are happy for Team Australia on this monumental achievement,” said Eels Owner Frank Scarpaci.

Harrow’s performance further reinforces the strength of the Eels’ development model as he continues to excel both in the USPHL Premier and abroad.
