Friday Night Faceoff: Steelheads at Generals

The OHL Playoffs continue Friday night as the Brampton Steelheads visit the Oshawa Generals in Game 5 of their first round series!

The Generals took the opening game of the affair 7-4 before Brampton bounced back with a 46-save effort from Jack Ivankovic in Game 2, taking a 3-1 victory at the Tribute Communities Centre. Oshawa climbed back in front with another seven-goal effort in Game 3 as 2025 NHL Draft prospect Owen Griffin bagged a hat-trick in a 7-5 final at the CAA Centre.

The two clubs will be playing on the second night of a back-to-back on Friday after Game 4 goes Thursday in Brampton.
