The Kirkland Lake GoldMiners have acquired Adamo & Davide Asselin, 20 year old twins from Montreal. They were both with the Yarmouth Mariners of the Maritime Jr A Hockey League this season.
Adamo , a 5’9″, 170 lb forward, had 3 assists in 5 games this season, while Davide, a 5’10”, 170 lb defenseman, had 3 assists in 7 games this season. Coach Lafleur says these hardworking experienced Jr A veterans will bring leadership both on and off the ice and will add a veteran presence in the locker room.
