Happy Holidays From TJHN December 25, 2012 8:27 AM

As TJHN prepares to enter its second full season of reporting the stories that effect and inform the junior hockey community, we wish all of you a happy and safe holiday season.

In the year to come you will see many new and exciting changes. New partnerships, new programs, and new features will be part of our plan.

From humble beginnings a year ago where we averaged only ten unique visitors a day, to over thirty thousand a month. From average stories to breaking stories like that of the CHLPA and how that discussion has changed the face of junior hockey, TJHN will continue to grow.

As 2013 approaches, the world of junior hockey may see more change than in any one year before it. Those changes will be exciting for some while uncomfortable for others. Chnage, even when for the better is almost always painful for some, in that respect the following year may be one in which some will need to keep the advil handy.

Stories of expansion, contraction and relocation will rule the new year as we approach USA Hockey Winter meetings and Hockey Canada Meetings. Will AAU continue to grow, and will they add different levels to their offerings? How will the NHL lockout continue to effect junior hockey, and will any new NHL agreement include development monies for junior hockey?

In this season of giving, we hope to continue giving you the most current and unbiased junior hockey news possible. Thank you for your continued support.

Happy Holidays from all of us at TJHN
