Hockey Talent Management will have a presence at the World Under 17 Hockey Challenge in Sault St. Marie Ontario this year. That presence will be both on and off the ice.
“From time to time we are fortunate to have one of our players participate in the World U-17’s.” Said Joseph Kolodziej Hockey Talent Management President “This year we are extremely grateful to have two of our clients participating in such a prestigious event for two different countries. Only a few hundred players in the entire world have been chosen to compete, and we know the young men we work with will present themselves well.”
The World Under 17 Challenge is considered one of the premier events in the world for Midget aged players. An event that can impact the futures of all participants.
The list of World U-17 Alumni reads like a who’s who of hockey royalty. Players like Jonathan Toews, Phil Kessel, Alexander Ovechkin, Pavel Bure and Joe Sakic only scratch the surface.
“If you are a high profile, high expectation player, the World U-17 Challenge is a place to compete with the best in your age group from around the world. It is also an opportunity to begin to separate yourself from your competition leading up to the NHL draft. While its an honor to be selected to compete, it is also an opportunity that must be capitalized upon. A great showing can be the difference between being drafted in the first or third rounds in 2018.” Continued Kolodziej
