MWJHL First Night Update

No folks you just cant make this up.

The Alpena Street Cats with a total of 11 skaters demolished the Bloomington Jr. Blaze that came with 14 skaters by a score of 12 to 2!  Clearly this was a very well played game.

In another balanced battle the Soo Firehawks with 16 skaters embarassed the Michigan Ice Dogs 11 skaters by an equally unbalanced score of 12 to 2!  Parity folks, parity.

Meanwhile the Traverse City Hounds full roster of 18 skaters and 2 goalies, put a complete whipping on the Berkley Bruins 15 skaters and 2 goalies by the score of 8 to 1.

What can we take from this?

Well there are three teams that can beat three other teams.

There is only one team with a full roster.

Yep, thats about it hockey fans.  This should resemble how things play out for the entire year.  Are you laughing?  I sure am.  And this is called junior hockey?
