NAHL Expanding To Watertown South Dakota

The North American Hockey League is set to expand once again with the addition of Watertown South Dakota.

A lease agreement between the City of Watertown and the NAHL is expected to be approved at a City Council meeting scheduled for February 20th.

The new Prairie Lakes Ice Arena is scheduled to officially open February 23rd, for the Watertown Lakers Hockey team.

This new franchise is expected to be the seventh team in the NAHL’s Central Division.
