Benoche (‘05/Campbell River, B.C.) had a fantastic weekend to help the Rockets get a split against the WBS Knights, a team against which the Rockets are battling for playoff positioning. Benoche put up three goals and added one assist for four points in two games. He joined the Rockets after starting his Tier II career earlier this season in the BCHL. He had previously played with his hometown Campbell River Storm in the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League. He currently has 10 points in 13 games.
