Forward: Garrett Joss, Utah Outliers

Joss (‘04/Whitby, Ont.) helped the Outliers bounce back from a 5-2 defeat at the hands of the Pueblo Bulls by posting a goal and four assists for five points the very next day in a 7-1 win over Pueblo. With 13 points in the nine games he’s played in 2024 so far, he appears poised to put Utah on his back for the stretch drive towards the late-March playoffs. He has 46 points in 40 games overall.

Defense: D.J. MacLeish, Idaho Falls Spud Kings

One of the great finds coming out of the Little Caesars program, MacLeish (‘05/Troy, Mich.) posted a pair of goals and added three assists for five points in two games. During that time, he put in 29:34 of ice time per game, and also led his team with six hits in the two games. He had 25 takeaways, which ranked second on the team.

Goaltender: Tucker Inabinet, Idaho Falls Spud Kings

The Spud Kings were able to nab a big couple victories against the Provo Predators as the Spud Kings keep pushing to get situated into a top four playoff spot in the Mountain Division. In their 2-1 victory, he stopped 31 of the 32 shots he faced for a .969 save percentage. Inabinet has won three out of their last four victories. For the season, the ‘03 Phoenix-born goalie put up a .922 save percentage over 30 games.

Rookie*: Makar Klochkov, Utah Outliers

Klochkov (‘04/Moskva, Russia) joined the Outliers this year after a long Midget career with the Anaheim Jr. Ducks, and his experience at such a high level of AAA hockey has seen him make a seamless transition to Tier II junior hockey. He had 39 points in 31 games through the season so far this year, and part of that was a 1-4-5 line in their split weekend against Pueblo.
