#NCDCAlumni: Five Former NCDC Players On Rosters Of Frozen Four Finalists

On Saturday night, the NCAA Men’s Hockey Frozen Four Championship will be played in St. Paul, Minn., at 6 p.m. EST, between Boston College and the University of Denver.

The NCDC congratulates its five #NCDCAlumni on the rosters of both teams, with four former NCDC players on the Boston College roster and one on the Denver roster.

Boston College

Jamie Armstrong (Boston Junior Bruins) – Was a member of the Junior Bruins’ 2018-19 Dineen Cup Championship team, playing 28 games with 21 points in the regular season. He added four more points in eight playoff games. With BC, he has played in 31 games this year, scoring 12 points. For his NCAA career, he has 38 points in 125 games.

 

Connor Joyce (Connecticut Jr. Rangers) – Spent a portion of 2020-21 with the Jr. Rangers, playing in 18 games and scoring 12 points. With BC since 2021-22, he has played in 105 games and has 19 total points, including six points in 34 games this season.

 

Will Traeger (Jersey Hitmen) – Traeger was among the leading offensive producers for the 2021-22 Dineen Cup Champion Hitmen, registering 42 points in 46 games. He then put up five points in seven games to push the Hitmen to their second straight Cup title. With BC, he has played in 13 games with one assist since making his debut in 2022-23.

 

Alex Musielak (Utica Jr. Comets) – Played 11 games with the Jr. Comets between 2020-21 and 2021-22. A freshman with the Eagles, he has not yet made his NCAA hockey debut.

 

University of Denver

Jack Caruso (Rockets Hockey Club) – Played for the Rockets Hockey Club during the 2019-20 season, suiting up for six games. With Denver, he has played in five games over his career, and has not given up a goal.
