Pre Draft Combine Adds Womens Divisions

predraftcombine2

Based upon conversations with NCAA Womens Hockey Programs, The Pre Draft Combine will be adding U-20 and U-16 divisions to the 2014 event to take place the week of May 1st through 4th.

After receiving inquiries from organizations in Canada and the United States over the past few weeks, the decision to add these two divisions was a fairly simple one to make.

The growth of Womens Hockey at the youth, junior showcase and NCAA levels has been tremendous over the last ten years.  With the success of the Canadian and American National Teams in recent Olympics and other international competitions, the visibility of Womens programs has never been greater.

The Womens teams will participate in four games minimum in a round robin style tournament.  Teams wishing to apply to participate should contact [email protected]

We will be bringing in current and former NCAA Womens Hockey players to provide insight and information on their path to college hockey and their experiences that have helped them be successful.

The Pre Draft Combine will be announcing its Michigan location tomorrow.
