Pre Draft Combine Players In The SIJHL

The Pre Draft Combine continues to produce Tier II results.

Joining players from the Pre Draft Combine that are playing Tier II Junior Hockey in the North American Hockey League and the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League are:

Cody Shively; The 6′ tall 185 lb. 1994 DOB player is just beginning his Tier II junior hockey career.  A skilled and physical forward, Shively looks to build on the success he experienced at Madison West High School in the 2012-2013 campaign.

Alex Reichle;  The 1993 DOB goaltender is looking to grow from his Tier III experience in the NA3HL during the 2012-2013 season.  Starting off with a two win and one loss record in his first three games is a great way to start.

Sam Mancini; The gritty 1995 DOB forward is looking to expand and develop his skill set as a young player in the SIJHL.  Mancini plays with an edge and looks to become a full time contibutor.

Sawyer Jacobson; The 1994 forward is looking to continue his scoring ways in the 2013-2014 season.  Recovering from off season wrist surgery, Jacobson is quickly regaining his scoring touch notching 3 goals and an assist in his first three games.

Justin Gregory;  The 1993 speedster from Colorado is back in the SIJHL alongside of Jacobson.  With one goal and two assists, the playmaker whos idol is Joe Thornton, is set to raise his level of play as he looks for his NCAA commitment.

Tanner Vinson;  Newly acquired from the MNJHL’s Minnesota Owls by the Wisconsin Wilderness, Vinson brings a complete player package.  Speed, scoring touch and a player with an edge, Vinson will be an asset moving forward this season.

The Pre Draft Combine produces results.  With players moving on to Tier II hockey throughout the United States and Canada every year, who will come out of the 2014 Grand Rapids event?  Stay tuned……
