Barrie Colts vs. Brampton Steelheads

Final: 4 (BRAM) – 3 (BAR)

  • The Steelheads completed a third-period comeback to edge out the Colts in regulation
  • Julian Demiglio (6) continued his preseason scoring lead with two goals
  • David Green (2) added a goal and an assist, Kieran Witkowski chipped in two helpers, and Lucas Demiglio scored his first of the preseason for Brampton
  • Barrie’s scorers: Bode Stewart (1), Joe Salandra (2), William Schneid (2).
  • Peter Chlebowski stopped 30 shots in the win

Oshawa Generals vs. Kitchener Rangers

Final: 7 (KIT) – 2 (OSH)

  • The Rangers stormed out with five first-period goals and never looked back
  •  Multi-point players: Avry Anstis (1G, 2A), Haeden Ellis (2G), Evan Nicholson (1G, 1A), Kaden Schneider (2A)
  • Nick Frasca (1) and Sam Roberts (2) scored the lone goals for the Gens
  • Jason Schaubel turned aside 32 shots for the win.

Guelph Storm vs. Brantford Bulldogs

Final: 6 (BFD) – 3 (GUE)

  • Despite Guelph’s three-goal second period, the Bulldogs pulled away with four in the third
  • Both teams had no repeat scorers in the game
  • Lucas Moore (1) and Luca Testa (1) both recorded three points (1G, 2A)
  • Guelph outshot Brantford 43–22, with David Egorov and Maksim Corovic splitting the crease

Soo Greyhounds vs. Saginaw Spirit

Final: 6 (SOO) – 3 (SAG)

  • The Greyhounds struck in every period to secure the win
  • Quinn McKenzie led the Greyhounds offensively with a hat trick
  • Dimian Zhilkin (7) kept his preseason goal-scoring lead
  • Nikita Klepov added another assist to remain atop the assists leaderboard
  • Noah Tegelaar made 26 saves in the victory

Peterborough Petes vs. Sarnia Sting

Final: 6 (PBO) – 5 (SAR)

  • A wild one saw both teams with four-goal frames before the Petes closed it out in a shootout
  •  Both Kaden Aucoin (3) and Adam Novotny (2) had two-goal games for their respective clubs
  • Goaltender Easton Rye came away with the victory

North Bay Battalion vs. Sudbury Wolves

Final: 3 (SBY) – 1 (NB)

  • The Wolves struck early and held on
  • Henry Doucet (1) and Vladimir Provorov (2) opened the scoring in the first
  • Ihnat Pazii cut the lead for North Bay, but Blake Clayton (1) sealed it with an empty-netter in the last minutes of the game
  • Shots were even at 19 each

Flint Firebirds vs. Erie Otters

Final: 3 (FLNT) – 1 (ER)

  • Flint scored in every period
  • Tyler Cooper (1) opened the scoring just minutes into the game for the Otters, but Flint would respond with three unanswered goals
  • Xavier Tessier (1), Josh Bonnyman (1) and Christopher Thibodeau (2) found the back of the net for the Firebirds
  • Mason Courville earned the victory and first-star honours with 34 saves on 35 shots
