Saints Skate with Jets

The Central Wisconsin Saints, an organization dedicated to helping players move on to higher levels, is always looking for ways that their players to gain experience at those levels. The Saints have made some big strides this season including, this past week, having two players, David Landau a 1994 birth year from Newtown, CT and Kevin Miller also a 1994 birth year from Jackson, NJ, attend a practice with the Janesville Jets of the North American Hockey League. Landau, a defenseman tallying 5 goals and 4 assists so far in the season and Miller, a forward with 8 goals and 8 assists have both had experience at a higher level and were grateful for the opportunity to skate with the Jets.

Landau was excited to skate with an NAHL team once more and said this about going, “it was a great experience, and everything was a step faster speed and skill wise, and a big thank you to Coach Quarters and Coach Dibble for giving me the opportunity.”

Head Coach/Gm Marty Quarters had this to say on the players practicing with the Jets, “The Saints goal and my mandate as head coach is to develop, promote, and advance our players to their highest level. Both players have earned the opportunity to skate in Janesville because of their ability, dedication and hard work on and off the ice.”

On behalf of Central Wisconsin Saints organization we would like to thank the Janesville Jets and Coach Dibble of the Jets for having our players attend a practice and gain the experience of a higher level of play.
