Guelph Storm 2 at Saginaw Spirit 6

  • Calgary Flames prospect Zayne Parekh etched his name in Saginaw Spirit history as he recorded a hat trick and two assists for a five point night to become the all-time franchise leader in points by a defenceman with 184 points in his OHL career
  • NHL Draft prospect Michael Misa scored a pair of goals in his first game as the new captain of the Saginaw Spirit to keep the maintain his status as the league leader in goals
  • Philadelphia Flyers prospect Jett Luchanko scored his 10th goal of the season, his first as the new captain of the Guelph Storm. Luchanko also added an assist later in the game as he was the main offensive contributor for the Guelph Storm
  • Calem Mangone played selflessly tonight as he had four assists, three of which came on Parekh’s trio of goals
  • Andrew Oke made 31 saves in the 6-2 win as he improves his record to 17-16-1-0 this season

Kitchener Rangers 1 at Brampton Steelheads 4

  • Calgary Flames prospect Luke Misa was in on every piece of offence for Brampton as he notched his first hat trick of the season and added an assist for a four point night
  • Parker Von Richter’s sixth goal of the season would stand as the game winning goal for the Steelheads
  • Adrian Misaljevic scored the lone goal of the game for the Kitchener Rangers, marking his 19th of the season to briefly tie the game in the second period
  • NHL Draft prospect Jack Ivankovic stopped 33 shots and sets a new OHL career high in wins with his 15th of the year

Oshawa Generals 3 at Brantford Bulldogs 5

  • Chicago Blackhawks prospect Nick Lardis had a three point game (2G, 1A) as he hit the 36 goal mark on the season en route to a Brantford win
  • Bulldogs captain Patrick Thomas played a key part in their victory as he put up four points (1G, 3A) including scoring the game winning goal
  • New Jersey Devils prospect Cole Brown opened the scoring with his 17th goal of the season, Brown now has six goals against the Generals this season
  • Winnipeg Jets prospect Colby Barlow scored the first goal for the Oshawa Generals and added an assist on Luca Marrelli’s 16th of the season for a two point game
  • David Egorov stopped 30 of the 33 shots he faced to record his ninth win of the season, tying his total from last season

North Bay Battalion 1 at Niagara IceDogs 3

  • 2026 NHL Draft prospect Ryan Roobroeck scored a goal and two assists on the night as he surpasses his goal total from last season with his 29th of the year
  • Noah Van Vliet’s fourth goal of the season stood as the game winning goal for the IceDogs
  • Ivan Galiyanov opened the scoring for Niagara as he finished off a beautiful passing play by Jack Brauti
  • This game saw a goalie duel between North Bay’s Jack Lisson and Niagara’s Owen Flores
  • Owen Flores stopped 43 of the 44 shots he faced earning his 22nd victory of the season
  • Jack Lisson stopped 23 of 25 shots against in the 3-1 loss
  • Nolan Laird scored North Bay’s lone goal of the game getting them to within one late in the third period as he sniped his sixth goal of the season home

Flint Firebirds 5 at Owen Sound Attack 4

  • Los Angeles Kings prospect Matthew Mania had a three point performance (1G, 2A) as he helped spark Flint’s comeback effort
  • Toronto Maple Leafs prospect opened the scoring against his former team in his return to Owen Sound
  • Owen Sound Attack forward Cole Zurawski also scored against his former team, as he was recently traded in a deal for Sam McCue
  • NHL Draft prospect Jake Crawford scored a pair of goals in 33 seconds to give the Attack a brief 4-2 lead
  • The Owen Sound Attack had a milestone goal to open their scoring for the second game in a row as Easton Mikus scored his first career OHL goal
  • Flint would mount a comeback effort in this game as they scored three unanswered goals in the second and third periods to take the game 5-4

Windsor Spitfires 1 at Barrie Colts 4

  • It was a big night for Dallas Stars prospect’s as Brad Gardiner and Emil Hemming both scored for the Barrie Colts
  • Luke McNamara, recently acquired from the Kingston Frontenacs, scored the lone goal of the game for the Windsor Spitfires, marking his second goal since being traded
  • Carter Lowe would add a third goal for the Colts midway through the final frame to reach the 10 goal mark on the season for the first time in his OHL career
  • Anthony Romani scored an empty net goal with 3:54 left in the game to record his first goal as a member of the Barrie Colts
  • Ben Hrebik continued his solid play in goal as he made saves for the win to improve to 13-4-1-0 on the season
  • Joey Costanzo had a busy night in goal for the Spitfires as he faced 42 shots and made 39 saves in the loss
  • The Barrie Colts snap their five game losing streak and collect their first win of 2025
