  • NHL Draft prospect Malcolm Spence scored the OT Winner for the Erie Otters
  • Sam Alfano scored twice in the contest including the game tying goal in the third period
  • Owen Sound Attack captain Landen Hookey scored twice to continue his offensive hot streak as he now has five goals in two games
  • Dylan Edwards had a strong two point performance for the Erie Otters, scoring a goal and notching an assist
  • Noah Erliden stopped 20 shots in the win for Erie, LA Kings prospect Carter George made 36 saves in the overtime loss

Kingston Frontenacs 2 at Peterborough Petes 3 (SO)

  • Aiden Young opened the scoring in the second period with a pair of goals in 12 seconds to put Peterborough up 2-0
  • The Fronts responded with a pair of their own in the third period courtesy of Tyler Hopkins and Vegas Golden Knights prospect Tuomas Uronen to force overtime
  • After a scoreless overtime period, this game went to a shootout where Brady Stonehouse would score the shootout winner for the Petes
  • Zach Bowen stopped 37 shots and three more in the shootout to register his sixth win of the season

North Bay Battalion 5 at Barrie Colts 4 (SO)

  • Lirim Amidovski scored the shootout winner for the North Bay Battalion in round 10 of the skills competition
  • Vancouver Canucks prospect Anthony Romani and former North Bay captain Owen Van Steensel both scored in the game against their former team
  • Ihnat Pazii got the proverbial monkey off his back, scoring his first two goals of the season in North Bay’s shootout win
  • Mike McIvor had a solid showing for the Troops as he stopped 34 shots and nine more in the shootout for his 14th win of the season

Sudbury Wolves 3 at Saginaw Spirit 8

  • NHL Draft prospect Michael Misa set a new Saginaw Spirit franchise record in single season goals with his 48th goal of the season
  • Misa didn’t stop there as he scored twice more to earn his third hat trick of the season, hit 100 goals on his OHL career, and hit the 50 goal mark on the season
  • San Jose Sharks prospect Igor Chernyshov continued his offensive domination with a five point performance (1G, 4A) as he now has 23 points through 8 career OHL games and is currently at a 2.88 points/game pace
  • Jacob Cloutier also had a strong showing for his Saginaw Spirit as he scored twice
  • Winnipeg Jets prospect Kieron Walton scored a pair of unanswered goals at the end of the first and start of the second to tie the game
  • Saginaw scored five unanswered goals to take a strangehold lead and win the game
  • Andrew Oke stopped 37 of 40 shots to improve to 24-19-1-1 on the season

Brampton Steelheads 4 at Oshawa Generals 2

  • Beckett Sennecke had a two point performance (1G, 1A) as he reached 200 points in his OHL career
  • The Brampton Steelheads won the game on the back of an Oshawa own goal as Troy Patton’s cross crease pass bounced off an Oshawa defender and in
  • The Steelheads opened the game with two unanswered goals from Mason Zebeski and NHL Draft prospect Porter Martone
  • Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Ben Danford reached a new career high in goals with his fifth of the season to briefly tie the game. Danford’s goal was his first since December 15th
  • Brayden Gillespie made 29 saves for his third win as a member of the Steelheads

Soo Greyhounds 3 at Sarnia Sting 1

  • Marco Mignosa scored a pair of goals to set a new career high with 24 and lead his team to a comeback victory on the road
  • Brady T Smith and Brady R Smith connected on the Greyhounds’ second goal of the game, Brady R Smith now has six goals on the season
  • Alessandro Di Iorio scored the first goal of the game in the second period and it would stand as the lone goal of the game for the Sting
  • Detroit Red Wings prospect Landon Miller stopped 29 shots for his ninth win of the year
